The AIM 100 Pneumatic spring coiler (AIM 100 P) is designed to function as an in-line automation coiler supporting manufacturing systems.
Compared to our CNC spring coilers, the AIM 100 P is more cost-effective and simpler for inexperienced operators to run. It can also be easily integrated into existing or custom in-line production systems. Production workflows that benefit from our in-line coiling systems include:
- Light switches
- Electrical outlets
- Irrigation heads and valves
- Safety syringes
- Disposable devices
With the addition of our pneumatic spring coiler, Automated Industrial Motion is able to provide turn-key systems for on-demand spring coiling, quality control, and delivery. Springs often require stress relief as part of the manufacturing process. Our systems can be configured to deliver fresh springs straight from the coiler to a rotary processing unit for stress relief, load check, length check, and part sorting. Finished springs can be delivered to the point of assembly through pneumatic blow tubes, ID wires or pneumatic grippers.
