The AIM 4000 CNC spring coiler is the most powerful coiler in our lineup. Weighing in at over 75,000 pounds, this is no light duty machine. The AIM 4000 is capable of coiling wire up to .787” in diameter, with a feed speed of up to 60 inches per second. If you need to coil heavy duty springs with speed, accuracy and precision, the AIM 4000 is the spring coiling machine for you.
Despite its heavy duty coiling capabilities, the AIM 4000 maintains the same versatility as our smaller machines. You can choose between 4, 5 or 6 axes, and direct servo drives allow independent control of tooling positions on each axis. The PC-based CNC interface that comes standard includes Windows software, a Delta Tau motion card, an industrial touch screen and connections for a wide variety of auxiliary devices.
