Powered wire payoffs are available for delivering wire uniformly and safely to our CNC spring coiling equipment. High tensile spring steel wire diameters between 0.006” and 0.625” in a variety of material packaging configurations can be handled. Our powered wire payoffs use a rotary potentiometer to control wire feed so that, as the coiler demands more wire, the payoff runs faster – ultimately delivering wire at near-constant tension.
