Available with 4, 5, or 6 axes, the AIM 3625 offers meticulous motion control for producing complex spring shapes and consistent performance standards. Handling wire sizes from .188” up to .625”, this machine is ideal for large-format springs found in oil and gas equipment, industrial doors, material-handling machinery, automotive suspension components, and other heavy-duty assemblies.
AIM’s entire coiler lineup uses a PC-driven interface with a familiar Windows software environment. Paired with a Delta Tau motion control card, the system ensures your CAD-based design is translated precisely into real-world output. Each axis is powered by direct servo drives for independent movement, supported by brushless AC servomotors, planetary gear reducers, and proprietary DuraBond Slides. The minimum index of 5 and feed speed of 60 in/sec deliver consistent, high-speed production capacity for thick-wire projects.
